Tried to install enhanced kernal 126.96.36.199 on my n900 running PR1.3 firmware and got a message: ‘conflict with kernel-maemo’ Did a bit of googling and finally found these commands from: http://wiki.maemo.org/Kernel_Power basically, install manually via apt-get like so:
apt-get install -y kernel-power-flasher
apt-get remove kernel-flasher-maemo
apt-get install --reinstall -y kernel-power kernel-power-flasher
And don’t forget to take backup prior to doing any of this funky business!
